Vermont Property looks through a stand of trees toward a barn tucked beyond them. The barn once housed two horses; these days, it has a less glamorous job storing summer furniture through the winter and boxes of school papers belonging to children who are now very much adults. The landscape may change with the seasons, but apparently some things are simply too important, or too difficult, to throw away.
